🌿 Soul Music: The Frequencies That Heal

What is Soul Music?

Soul music refers to frequencies that nourish the body and energy systems, allowing the soul to truly flourish. These frequencies are most often found in nature but can also be created by humans. Certain sounds—classical music, chants, and mantras—can play an important role, though what resonates is deeply soul-specific.

This subject matters because your ear chakras—and your entire body—are incredibly sensitive to frequency. Every part of your energy system responds to the vibrations around you.

Many of us are familiar with sound healing tools: gong baths, tuning forks, singing bowls, and solfeggio frequencies. But beyond the tools, the core idea is simple:

Some frequencies support the body’s desire for homeostasis—and some don’t.

And yet, humans tend to be quite unintentional about the frequencies they allow into their fields. This blog is a gentle invitation to become more mindful. Choose what you listen to. Choose what you allow in.

Loving frequencies are the ones most supportive of homeostasis—a state of balance among all the systems your body needs to function and thrive.

Why This Matters

I deeply believe that the body is always working to return to balance. Our role is to create the conditions for that to happen.

Earth frequencies are the body’s most essential need. Your body mirrors these frequencies on an elemental level, which is why nature feels so healing. It's the most natural tuning fork available to us.

You don’t need to try to attune to the Earth. Your body will do it automatically. Earth’s frequencies recalibrate, restore, and refine you in real time. They act like an adaptogen—responding with exactly what you need in the moment. The wisdom in this exchange is unmatched.

How to Know It’s Soul Music

The right frequencies make you feel:

  • Peaceful

  • Expanded

  • Nourished

  • Quietly joyful

That’s how you know: your soul feels it first.

My guides often say there’s nothing the Earth can’t heal—if we give her the space and time to do so. If someone were deeply unwell, we’d encourage them to spend the next 365 days outdoors—soaking in the goodness, the vitamin D, the oxygen, the healing frequencies emitted by the elements, trees, plants, animals, insects, and all living beings.

Everything gets amplified and simplified in nature. Earth cuts through the noise. Through the distortion. Through the overwhelm.

A Loving Reminder

As a species, we’ve separated ourselves from Gaia. We live on her, but not through her. We’ve stopped channeling her energy, even though this negatively charged force feeds us like nothing else can.

Soul music helps the soul find meaning, beauty, and connection—with itself and the world. It informs and supports. It amplifies and reorients. It reminds us what’s real.

So be picky.

Choose wisely.

Better yet—let your soul do the choosing.

Even what seems like silence may be exactly what your soul needs to rebound and reconnect, to find peace from the existential chaos that constantly surrounds it.

Your body, your energy systems, and your soul all need this type of subtle frequency. It brings you back to yourself. Over and over.

Look for them.
Revel in them.
Let them return you to your truth.

🌱 Call to Action:

Pause. Listen. Step outside.
Let the Earth sing to you—and let your soul remember its original rhythm.
