Most people spend years searching for the answer to this question. And most definitions they find are wrong.

This is, single-handedly, the question I am asked the most.

I used to think life purpose was one thing, something we had come to master, and that everything else was a variant of that one theme.

Then, one day during an intuitive reading, I was shown something completely different. It threw me completely, triggering a dark night of the soul and forcing me to reassess what had been true until then.

After doing hundreds of intuitive readings, my understanding of what life purpose is has changed drastically.

What Life Purpose Actually Is (It's Not What You Think)

Life purpose is shown to me as a series of qualities of consciousness, soul qualities like truth, beauty, and expansion, that we have come to learn and teach over our lifetime.

Each soul quality builds on the others and shines light outward, expanding what surrounds it. They are not learned in isolation; they look more like scaffolding, built in relation to each other.

I am often shown the image of a kaleidoscope when referring to life purpose, because there isn't one fixed way to go about it. It depends on what color lens you choose and which direction you point it in.

Why I Call My Readings "Life Path Readings" (Not Life Purpose Readings)

The reason I named my intuitive readings life path readings and not life purpose readings is for exactly that reason: I am shown your life path at a given moment in time: the quality of consciousness you are currently learning to embody right now, in this timespace (this particular moment in your energetic and soul evolution).

Your life path isn't fixed. Only your soul knows what trajectory it wants to follow and why. I am very good at translating what that is and what you need to understand to fully step into it.

Another way of looking at this: each soul quality is a soul template , an energetic blueprint you carry, that either needs to be upgraded or activated so you can consciously embody it. That's my role. I am the conduit that upgrades and activates your soul templates when you are ready.

Your life path is supposed to be a path of joy and expansion. I like to reframe this slightly, because joy is such a charged word in our culture and I have often not felt joy while on my path.

What I have felt is energized. And that has been my guidepost: to gravitate toward what energizes me, literally, what gives me energy.

This distinction matters. Joy can feel like a something impossible to reach or even feel, especially when you are in transition. But energy is more honest. It's a body signal. It's moment-to-moment and reliable. When I follow what energizes me, I am on my path even when it's hard, even when it's quiet, even when it doesn't look like what I expected.
